Update Timer Values is a productivity booster extension designed to automate the process of mass updating AYPO timer values in lessons within the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). This extension is specifically targeted towards users who frequently work with Moodle and need to update slide timers in lesson pages.
Traditionally, updating slide timers in Moodle LMS would require manually opening each lesson page in a separate tab, updating the timer, and submitting the form. This extension simplifies and speeds up this process by adding a button to each lesson page. Users can easily set a slide timer value and with a single click of the injected button, the extension takes over.
When the button is clicked, Update Timer Values automatically updates the slide timer value on the current lesson page, submits the form, and seamlessly switches to the next tab to update the slide timer there. This process continues until the final tab is reached, effectively automating the slide timer update process. What used to take around 15 minutes can now be accomplished in just 15 seconds.
To ensure proper functionality, all lesson pages must be opened in their own tabs, and the "Run" button should be clicked on the leftmost lesson page tab.
